Equity Ventures was established in 2002 by the firm's principal, Gary Brevko. In 2004, Perrem Inc. was founded by Mitchell Young to handle Equity Ventures' acquisitions and rental management.

Together, they have the expertise and proven track record of researching, locating, acquiring and managing real estate with equity growth potential. They are Real Estate Investors, not Real Estate Agents and have been investing in "Foreclosures and Income Producing Properties" for over ten years and more than 240 properties. Equity Ventures has ownership or contractual interest in every property offered. Mitch and Gary have hosted Charlotte's Public Access Channel 21 Television several times discussing the dynamic and lucrative real estate investing opportunities in Charlotte.

Equity Ventures has a ten year relationship with Equity Trust Company, "The Leader in Self-Directed IRA's" who manages over $11 Billion in IRA's with 125,000+ clients and growing. Gary has been an invited speaker at several Equity Trust/Retirement Education Group seminars in Cleveland, Ohio and Phoenix, Arizona.
