Home ownership is the most stable and solid investment available today. We have helped many families realize the American dream of home ownership by providing them with a flexible Rent-to-Own or Lease-to-Purchase program.

Don’t throw your rent away. Renting only helps your landlord.

With our program:

  • There are no real estate brokerage fees.
  • You can achieve home ownership while you repair your credit.
  • All of our homes are remodeled and/or refurbished.
    There are homes available throughout Mecklenburg County.
  • We tailor the program to suit your financial situation, making it easy for you to qualify.
  • Down Payment: You’ll need about 3% down payment. If you need
    down payment assistance, we can finance a portion of the down payment for qualified individuals.
    Rent Credit: A portion (15%) of your rent payment each month goes
    towards your down payment. If your rent payment is $700, then $105
    is credited to the down payment.

Rent-to-Own Terms:

  • A 2-Year Lease will help you build your down payment up to 5% over a two-year period, which will make it easier to qualify to buy your home.
  • On time payments will provide you with a great reference for the bank, showing them you can make the payment consistently on a monthly basis.
  • Bonus: Down payments over 3% will be given an additional 50% down payment credit towards the purchase of home. For example, put down $2,000 additional and get $3,000 credit in return.
  • Owner Financing: We will consider owner financing for individuals who have 10-20% down on your new home. Ask for details.

To qualify, you will need:

  • Income documentation:
    1. Recent pay stub showing year-to-date earnings
    2. Last year’s W-2(s)
  • Rental History
  • No rental judgments
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Authorization to perform a credit check. Less-than-perfect Credit OK
